The BLT Caesar

The beauty of the BLT Caesar is that it can be used with just about any of the Caesar recipes. The main difference with the BLT is the garnishes. This is one of my faves, because let's face it, everyone loves bacon.

1 oz. vodka
2 dashes of Tabasco Sauce
3 dashes of salt and pepper
4 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
5 oz. of Clamato juice

Garnish:
Rimmer (Celery Salt)
1 wedge of lime
1 small piece of romain lettuce
1 slice of bacon
1 slice of tomato

Use the wedge of the lime to moisten the rim of the glass. Rim with celery salt. Fill glass with ice. Add all ingredients and stir well. Garnish with  a small piece of romain lettuce, a slice of bacon, and slice of tomato.

1 stalk of celery
1 wedge of lime

Use the wedge of the lime to moisten the rim of the glass. Rim with celery salt. Fill glass with ice. Add all ingredients and stir well. Garnish with a wedge of lime, shrimp, and celery stalk.

To enhance the seafood flavour, you can also add a dash of clam juice that can be purchased from your local grocery store.

The Pickled Caesar

There's nothing I love more than pickles. In fact, I love them so much that I've been known to drink the pickle juice after the last pickle has been eaten. Then one day I got the brilliant idea of mixing a bit of the brine in with my Caesar. I couldn't believe how amazing it tasted. From there, I started trying different variations of adding pickle juice to my Caesar. This is the tastiest recipe I've come up with.

1 oz. vodka
2 dashes of Tabasco Sauce
3 dashes of salt and pepper
4 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp of pickle juice
4 to 6 oz. of Clamato juice

Garnish:
Dill Rimmer
1 stalk of celery
1 wedge of lime
1/4 dill pickle

Use the wedge of the lime to moisten the rim of the glass. Rim with dill rimmer. Fill glass with ice. Add all ingredients and stir well. Garnish with a wedge of lime, dill pickle, and celery stalk.

**Instead of using pickle juice in the mix, make ice cubes out of the pickle brine and use in place of regular ice cubes.

1 stalk of celery
1 wedge of lime

Use the wedge of the lime to moisten the rim of the glass. Rim with celery salt. Fill glass with ice. Add all ingredients and stir well. Garnish with a wedge of lime and celery stalk

5 oz. of Clamato juice

Garnish:
