Nothing beats a Caesar on a hot, humid day, and it's as easy as 1... 2... 3... 4... 5.
1 oz. vodka
2 dashes of Tabasco Sauce
3 dashes of salt and pepper
4 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
5 oz. of Clamato juice
Garnish:
Rimmer (Celery Salt)
1 stalk of celery
1 wedge of lime
Use the wedge of the lime to moisten the rim of the glass. Rim with celery salt. Fill glass with ice. Add all ingredients and stir well. Garnish with a wedge of lime and celery stalk.
